Moped driver involved in South Bend crash dies

SOUTH BEND - South Bend police say a moped driver involved in a crash near the Notre Dame campus has died.
Police say it happened just before 8 P.M. Thursday on state road 23 near Charles Street.
Investigators say the moped collided with a car.
There's no word yet on who or what caused the crash.
The Fatal Alcohol Crash Team (FACT) is investigating.
