Michigan lawmakers propose bill to deescalate police/driver tensions

LANSING, Mich. -- Michigan lawmakers are looking to reduce tensions between police officers and drivers throughout the state.

A new piece of legislation called "What to Do if Stopped by Blue" which would require driver’s education and training for a traffic stop.

Under the proposed bill police officers would also have to give drivers a business card with which they can use to file complaints.
