Disaster Recovery Center opens in Plymouth

PLYMOUTH, Ind. – A Disaster Recovery Center will be opening in Plymouth to help flood survivors who have damage from February's historic flooding.

The DRC will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. May 21 to 23.

Survivors may locate open DRC’s near them by calling the FEMA Helpline at 800-621-3362, (TTY) 800-462-7585. Helpline numbers are open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week. You can also download the FEMA app.

Recovery specialists from the State of Indiana, U.S Small Business Admisistration and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will be providing service to those filling out their applications and updating their status.

The DRC is located at 2855 Miller Drive #101 in Plymouth, Indiana.

Registration is the first step in the recovery process and survivors are encouraged to register before visiting a DRC.

FEMA grants do not have to be repaid, assistance is nontaxable and will not affect eligibility for Social Security, Medicaid or other federal benefits.
