Deputies look for armed man who tried to rob Elkhart County hotel

ELKHART COUNTY, In. - Elkhart County deputies are looking for a man who they say tried to rob hotel employees at gunpoint.
It happened just after 10:30 P.M. Thursday at the Comfort Suites on County Road 24.
Police say the man walked in, pulled out a handgun, and demanded money.
The clerks left the front desk area and the man then walked out without any cash.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Elkhart County Sheriff's Department.
