Child found wandering alone in Goshen

GOSHEN, Ind. -- According to the Goshen Police Department at approximately 3:37 p.m. Friday, a woman reported a child was wandering around an apartment building complex unsupervised.
The incident occurred at the 1800 block of West Plains Drive.
The child was reunited with their parents.
