Bullets shot through woman’s home, no injuries reported

ELKHART, Ind. – Bullets flew through an Elkhart woman’s home Wednesday morning, causing damage to the walls and a heater.
According to Elkhart Police, the victim said she was home on the 1300 block of Kinzy Street when she heard gunfire on three separate occasions.
The incident happened around 9:25 a.m.
No injuries were reported however, shell casings were collected from the scene.
