ELKHART, Ind. -- Elkhart Police have released new details in the death of a 17-year-old who was shot on June 22.
Police were called to the 700 block of Monroe Street to investigate a shooting around 9:44 p.m.
When they arrived, they located 17-year-old Daquan Graham with a gunshot wound.
Graham died at Elkhart General Hospital.
The coroner determined Graham died as a result of a gunshot wound and his death was ruled a homicide.
Police said the shooting was the result of a dispute.
